I'm the second owner, purchased as an Acura certified car from dealer 10/02
Car had 16,200 when purchased. I've put about 4500 miles on the car in nearly 7 years. The title and Carfax are clean. The timing belt, water pump, hoses were done near schedule. I also had the valves done early. I have documentation since I have owned the car. I reviewed the previous owners maintenance records at the dealer prior to purchase. Frankly, I've let the oil changes lag due to light mileage. No mods except that I added an Alpine CD stacker in the trunk. Used velcro and a handshake cable (Alpine CHM-5630)
Wheels are Giovanna, Tires are Pirelli Supersport front(215/40 ZR17) rear(275/35 ZR18). I'm no expert on tire wear, but I would guess that they have at least 65% left. The tires were nearly new when I purchased the car. The paint is great but does have some chips, etc. Always been garaged. I'm selling because I've had my fun, time to move on.
