Hi enkrypt3d,
Did this end up being all the parts you needed for the rebuild? I'm looking at a rebuild myself.
Appreciate the info and help. Thanks
Ok so after having my car in the shop to get a clutch installed, John Martin from Cerritos Acura asked me why I am using GM Synchromesh in the trans, and I told him that straight Honda MTF makes the trans too notchy. SO he recommended we crack the trans open for a little extra labor (not too bad actually) and this is what they found:
Looks pretty clean actually... but these are the parts that will be replaced. Note: this 5 spd already has JDM Short Gears.

Here is the parts from Cerritos Acura and a comparison from Acuraoemparts.com... The problem is Cerritos won't be able to match the prices from DelRey Acura.....Not sure what to do about that... $300 isn't chump change. Any ideas on how to handle this? They have already ordered the parts from all these different dealerships so not sure if I can just tell them no and buy these parts myself?
So 3rd and 5th gears are being replaced and a boat load of other items...does this list look complete? thanks for the help in advance!

Yep that should be it! Might want to look into cryo treating it or WPC treatment for the gears & synchros.... I kinda wish I had that done on mine!
