I find that a duck's opinion of me is very much influenced by whether or not I have bread.

On a historical note, both Hal and I were present at the first Thanksgiving.

    Have a wonderful holiday everyone.

I had actually heard that prunes were served at that first dinner. Correct?

Is this where the tradition of eating and then taking a nap started?

    Re: happy thanksgiving...

Sooooo, we were as usual really busy this year and decided to have Thanksgiving catered. We ordered all the stuff and picked it up the day before Thanksgiving. We did a Free Range turkey that we cooked ourselves which turned out really nice (pics to follow) Anyways I have never had this happen before and I am interested if anyone else has...my microwave shut down on overheat from warming up all the food. After we let it sit it started working again. Anyone else ever have that happen?
