This may be a stupid question but should we bring our own helmets for the track events at Suzuka or will Honda provide all necessary equipment.

You could always pack an origami one

Skid pad - no helmet
Parade - no helmet
Go kart - rental(free)

If you need, Suzuka provide you.
Usually in Japan we are not permitted to drive with passenger on track.
