It is a very easy airport to navigate. Flew through customs with no problems. Go down to baggage claim and clear last customs hurdle with bags. You can't wait inside but go through doors into terminal, turn right and you will see currency exchange on the interior wall and limousine bus on exterior wall. 3000 yen for bus. Bus stops clearly marked outside and very convenient. Just tell agent your hotel and they will give you ticket with the stop number on it. Make sure you get on the right bus.

Bus goes directly to the hotels and they store bags underneath and put them on curb at hotel (no tipping). Slower than train but much more comfortable and convenient.

Currency exchange today was giving 79.5 for cash and 81.5 for travelers checks. You need to fill out form at table next to the exchange.
