Mine was a 1991 with 119K miles and I saw no deterioration, other than possibly being a slight bit more pliant, on any of them either. It's good to "get er done" rather than find out the hard way.
just changed my hoses over weekend , cut every hose open to inspect for deteriation , nothing , my car is a 97 with 90k miles did i waste my time ? no ,after 14 yrs it should be done ! bleed as per manual ,no problem![]()

It's difficult to truely test or inspect rubber components in a non-destructive manner (hoses, belts, etc). Better safe than sorry.
my 94 has just been done ... no signs of any issues either but better safe than sorry. still the front hoses to replace as they need to come into Honda UK
Guys thats the way i feel also ,btw thank you Larry B for the list of hoses and tips on changing the hoses![]()
i had all the hoses changed last fall.the car's 15 years old,and i just figured it was time.it's a lot of peace of mind having it done. at least a few of them didn't look so good once they were off.
nothing lasts forever
