I have just completed my ABS upgrade using KSP engineering's wire harness. I had quite a bit of problem with the wiring because i cant read japanese but i have finally figured it out after a few trial and errors.
First thing to note is that SOS' wire harness is different from KSP/GT-rom and other japanese wire harness.
SOS' wire harness has 2 loose wires (white and black to be plugged into the existing orange socket to power up the new ABS unit) in the bonnet end and 3 loose wires inside the cabin (2 for diagnostic purpose and one round with holes to be grounded).
The KSP/Gt-rom or other japanese wire harness only has one loose wire at each end of the harness. The loose wire nearer to the ABS unit is to be grounded while the loose wire nearer to the cabin is to be connected to the fuse box 12V fuse to power up the ABS unit.
