So, was the ferrari at fault? Looks like the other car was in front when the ferrari came down into it. WOW!

I am no expert here but looked like the Ferrari had the line first and the Audi cut inside illegally. I would say the Audi was at fault.

McNish passed the other Audi on the way to making a move on the Ferrari. The Ferrari driver thought there was only one Audi there, and saw it not closing very fast. McNish in the LMP was carrying a lot more corner speed, and made what he says was a normal passing move. The Ferrari driver didn't see him coming and turned in (thinking the other Audi was far back, which it was). Racing incident.
