Norm has a really good one. Located up on the north side of town.
Does anyone know of any really good paint shops here in Houston to have my rear bumper (red) and newly aquired accessories to it to be repainted? When I mean good ... i mean great as in it would pass the Tony white glove test of approval. lol
Any suggestions would be welcomed.
Thanks

Collision Plus is one of the best paint body shop that i know of here in houston. They do very high end cars all day.Check it out.Its on Bellaire and Fondren.
JC Auto body
S & T Autobody in Katy does all of Hennessy Performance's mods and paint. Heard many good reports, and has done NSXs before.
Check out Royalty Paint & Body 5618 Schumacher Ln (near 59 / Chimney Rock) Mike Diliberto. (713) 784-8897.
They painted my Mercedes and I would not hesitate in having them do paint work on my NSX.
Whoever you choose, take the time to talk with them, go into their shop to see the work they are doing and make sure they understand what you want.
Suggestion: Don't start the conversation with "How much would you charge for...?"

but JC autobody is great to. I have had lots of cars done through them![]()
Thank you for all the suggestions and recommendations!
I ordered a few pieces from SOS and just waiting for everything to come in before pulling the tigger.
While nothing is wrong at all with my current rear bumper, I will admit that I am very particular about my cars and had recently been bit by the bug to update the original 93 look of the NA1 bumper.
Next project looks to be the exhaust system

Thanks for the suggestion. I am very familar with Baker Jackson.![]()
I actually bought my nsx from their dealership. Needless to say they fired the sales manager over the deal, from what i later heard he was fired for letting the car go way below from what they were asking for it. Guess he didnt know much about the car.
Whatever happened to their Top Secret 370Z? did they ever load up the turbo for it? I use to own a 370Z and always wondered what a turbo version would generate if done right.
With you being from Houston, have you always had your red nsx or is it something newly aquired for the widebody project? At first I thought it was Henry's.

They sold off that gorgeous body kit and parts to another 370 owner so now he essentially has that car. It's still local at least
The car was painted last October and there are no signs of any orange peal.
If you are thinking about paint work, you are welcome to come by and inspect the car any evening or week end. Just send me a PM.
I'm only a few miles from The Vintage so if you go to Coffee and Cars the first Saturday in August you are welcome to drop by and check it out.

Thanks for the offer Norm, I may do that. I called them today and spoke with Mike, he estimated about $1500 to paint my 2002 rear valence and side skirts with door panels (no install just spray). I was hoping they would come in lower since they are in a convenient location by my office, but I am sure they do good work.

I just got my valence and side skirts done at JC auto body and they had a gorgeous m3 they are finishing up a full metallic blue paint job on. Snapped some pics.
