Enzo Left to rot in Dubai now...

Here’s an unfortunate find. Remember the destruction of Saddam Hussein’s epic car collection, many of which included the destruction of a Porsche 993 Turbo S, an extremely rare Lamborghini LM002 SUV and supposedly a Mercedes-Benz 500K worth more than millions? Well this one is a little something like that.
A journalist stumbled upon a Ferrari Enzo rotting away in the desert of Dubai. Supposedly, the reason as to why cars like these end up sitting in the dust are from entrepreneurs who returned home after their business or real estate ventures failed.
It was said to have been found in a police impound, which means that the car will most likely be auctioned off and sent to a new owner who could fix it up. But they’d better have some deep pockets and lots of cash to spend because the Enzo is sitting in a part of the world where exterior temperatures often exceed 115 degrees F.

Only 399 Enzos have been officially sold to the public. With already a considerable amount of them dead from careless actions of their owners, the Ferrari Enzo could slowly be disappearing off of the face of the Earth.

I wouldn't worry too much about the Enzo ever disappearing. There are far too many wealthy owners with museum garage queens for that to happen.

I have to admit, the Enzo has not aged well.

That's quite a stretch. Sounds like something the news would say

Maybe not in pictures, but when you are standing next to one or sitting in one, you forget about all else.

...and this one is relatively safe sitting abandoned in Dubai compared to these.

I definitely do not agree. The Enzo was never a "pretty" car, but there is nothing really to compare it to. Unless you are looking at space ship designs, lol.

The car's looks are still striking. Not sure that will ever change.

We need Jetpilot3 to go check it out.

Maybe he can write his 'prime handle in the Enzo's dust?

I think the dust serves as a pseudo natural cover a fine silica shell if you will....

Haha...if its the Police compound unlikely. This Enzo could very well be there due to someone absconding...

This may sound crazy... but if you'd like to trade your NSX for a 2005 K24A2 swapped Supercharged RSX let me know! :)

    Sadist. lol jk!

I am sure that if nothing else this car will end up back in the hands of an owner with deep enough pockets to restore it to its factory glory.
