Sounds like they're mainly interested in the drag strip and not the oval or road course. It's a move in the right direction though. Maybe they'll let the BMW, Porsche and other car clubs lease the road course so we can finally get back to trackin our cars . Crossin my fingers!

If they open the road coarse, I've already started to put money aside for some decent track tires. Keepin my fingers crossed as well.

I've learned the hard way (by shearing half shafts) that the drag strip is not for me.

You name it, I've broken it multiple times at the track. If I go, you're going too! It's not like we're going to strap on slicks and do 8,000 RPM clutch drops! I've seen them let people roll race before, lol

I'm in for a track day! Best thing they could do is give up on the NASCAR, demo the oval grandstands to ditch the seat tax, knock down the walls, increase parking for the big events and make a multi purpose racing park with road course, shifter kart course, Super Moto, drifing, etc... Keep the drags and fill that place every day they can!

If they open up the road course, I'd love to meet some more NSXs up there. It's only 5 hours, or so, away from me.

BINGO! I wish you were on their board. Makes perfect sense and would make $$$ too.
