I am still having problems on wifi with the playbook, so it is not fixed and "1. Customers accessing a CloudFlare enabled site via wi-fi don't have any issues." is not true.
On my Playbook running OS v1.0.8.607 I'm also having some problems surfing on wifi to prime mainly very slow, or times out. Pretty much started happening after Lud's corrections to the IP A records.

I'm not inclined to create a ticket since I do not have a device and thus can't provide useful technical info or do any testing or follow any troubleshooting steps they might suggest. You are welcome to create a ticket if you like - their support site is open to the public: http://support.cloudflare.com/

Anyway, I'm sorry your preferred device isn't working well with the new setup. :-(
I'm assuming there is an issues with the BIB2 service books on the device or routing through the carrier/blackberry networks. If you delete and use BIB you can access and surf the site, or at least in my case I can.

As of today Blackberry support insisting no issue on their end and is denying there is an issue with their service. Funny the last support rep Emailed me they started talking about MX records? Ummm what? I replied back saying I never reported anything about MX records... wow can you say Blackberry = Fail?

I've personally tested on these device(s)/dns(s) to access www.nsxprime.com:

    1) Lenovo Laptop -Works OpenDNS/Bell Canada DNS
    2) Dell -Work Laptop -Works -Work VPN
    3) Custom Built i7 2700k -Works OpenDNS
    4) Custom Built i7 server -Works OpenDNS
    4) iPod Touch 4th Gen -Works Bell Canada Internet or any other free wifi
    5) 64gb Playbook -Not working on BIS, or wifi on OpenDNS or any other DNS
    6) Bold 9700 -Bell Network Not working on BIS, or wifi on OpenDNS or any other DNS '10005' errors
    7) Bold 9780 -Rogers Network Not working on BIS or any other wifi DNS '10005' errors

Please let me know what your incident tickets are? As Rim/Blackberry support is claiming they cannot reproduce nor do they have no problem with their service. I can at least start a log that I can send back to support. Sounds to me like they have not really investigated anything, they need more people having the problem to do anything about it. I've already gone up and above a normal customer call.

As it stands my open incident ticket is #INC000024305009 until they decide to close it that is since there is nothing they can do for me?

Wonder if they would buy me an iPhone4S instead?

This is what I got from CloudFlare

Hello, and thank you for contacting Cloudflare!

CloudFlare cannot really change the optional functional aspects for users websites.

The best would be to contact the site owner and make them aware of the issues you are having.

Guys PM me your PIN and if you called in an incident ticket send that as well. I will forward to BB support apparently I might at least 10 people having the issue to escalate it... otherwise BB support will treat as a single user isolated incident. I've narrowed the problem to BIB2 service book and or host issue. No one is admitting a problem on their systems at all.

FYI, I deleted the service book 2 like they said and still got the same problem on my phone.

I split this discussion off into a new thread with a different title in an attempt to attract attention from other BlackBerry device users. Per the site analytics there aren't many (even in months prior to the switch to Cloudflare), but hopefully a couple more people will see the thread now.

I think the bb6 and bb7 phones show as webkit, so their might be more than you think. Either way, I hope we resolve the issue. Thanks for the new thread.

Like I said earlier. Add me to the list..Prime doesn't work on my phone nor playbook. Turning on wifi at my office, prime loads faster then starts to timeout after the front page is loaded. If it does get to the Forum page it will timeout trying to go back to the main forum page.

Why is NSXPrime being hosted through "free-host" when there are NUMEROUS users supporting this site with financial contributions?

Cloudflare isn't a web hosting / web server company. I tried to clear that up that misunderstanding already in this thread but I guess people are either skimming or don't understand the difference? See http://www.cloudflare.com/overview

I use RackSpace for hosting the site. See this thread for detailed info: http://nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php?t=155152

Lud, are you able to turn couldflare off for a week to see if all the problems go away? I am not sure how it works.

NSXCessive already seems to have demonstrated pretty conclusively that the issue is BB / Cloudflare, but just for you I'll turn it off for an hour if you want to test more. Go.

Running super fast on both the phone and the playbook.

    no problems.

Cloudflare is 100% the problem. Is there a different solution besides cloudflare?

OK I turned Cloudflare back on.

I'm not aware of a comparable service. If anyone else is, please let me know and I will investigate.

It stopped working already. Cloudflare is garbage.

What exactly is it doing for you that you need?

I'm a little curious how you have determined that Cloudflare is at fault and not BlackBerry/RIM.

    OK. Lets look at those.

    CluodFlare CDN
Our CDN automatically caches your static files at our edge nodes so these files are stored closer to your visitors while delivering your dynamic content directly from your web server.

As this is a Forum, you don't have many static files. I am not sure how much that will help.

    Web content optimization

So, I have never found the site to be slow to being with. If it is faster, but has errors, whats the point?

    Cloudscape security.

Are there a lot of attacks on NSXprime? There are wordpress plugins to help with this and I would think Rackspace also has security.

You went for years without CloudFlare and everything seemed to run very well.

Now maybe there are issues I don't know about that have been going on, but I don't really see a big advantage to using cloudflare.

    Just my 2 cents.

I am told the BB webkit team is looking into this, so hopefully we will get an answer soon.

The webkit needs to be looked at to determine if the problem is indeed cloudflare or BIB2 service book.

Looks like I missed the fun I was tied up when Lud turned it off. So my understanding is lets not use Cloudflare and problem solved?

Its not a service book because the problem occurs on the playbook. They have no service books.

I will chime in and say that I have a BB Torch and a while back I was no longer able to access prime from my phone. However recently its working again and I just checked now and I am able to gain access to the sight.
