I was curious to know if there is any NSX specialist in the Scottsdale/ Phoenix area? Who is the main person you would recommend for a dyno tuning? Performance upgrades.??

STMPO had a shop out in Scottsdale, but I heard he closed shop?

Apparently the building/property was purchased by a new owner and the tenants, STMPO included, were sent packing.

I believe that Ross / STMPO is still selling his goods, he can chime in to confirm.

Chandler is a little bit out of the way for me. I looked the address up and its going to be a 50 min. drive...:(

But if there's no other shop near North Phoenix/ Scottsdale, then I guess I'll have to set up a time with SOS.

50 minutes a little bit out of the way? Maybe you should try Sears or Pep Boys.

I hope ur just joking..

-The only reason being is that I work weekdays and SOS are not open on the weekend. It's practically an inconvenient to take time off from work, find a ride, or take a cab both ways. I'll like to see the car on the dyno soon, so we'll see...

Considering some owners bring their car from other states to SOS,
50 miles is a small mileage tax

Thanks for confirming Ross, glad to hear that NSX owners will still be able to purchase your cool parts.

well actually I'm glad you guys all vouch for SOS.

I guess they are all booked, so I will be taking the vehicle in sometime end of this week.

What do you need done to your car? Are you still in on the Saturday drive?

Well Peiserg and I both just drove 100 miles each to SOS and back to get our NSXs serviced there.

It can't be 50 miles from Scottsdale, at most only 30 miles or so.

Great service, great people.

Majority of the day and work I spend is in Scottsdale, I actually live in north of Phoenix. But it doesn't matter anymore. Anyways I appreciate you letting me know you're making a longer trip then I am. Just mean how important this shop is to the community. Thanks for the referral.

Yeah, that was actually the plan. I talked to Richard and he said that they were all booked for this week, but hopefully SOS can convince them to squeeze me in for a couple dyno pulls.
