Just came across this: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ksport-Delux...3fe7cf&vxp=mtr

I don't know about airbags on an NSX. Airbags aren't usually used for performance vehicles.
Below are some cup kits you can use that act like a compressed spacer with no change in ride quality until they are pressurized. Hmmm, seems to be a bunch of other cup kits out there
US-made 6061T aluminum cups and air tank:

Ooops, forgot another one
Stance makes some too:

They all look the same with a few dollars difference. I have a buddy with the Phanton and Stance cup kit on two of his cars and comparing the VRH I have from Umbrella they all look very similar. The Phantom performed better than the VRH I have. I had to redo some lines to drop the cup kit down even by changing the gauge of the line themselves and re-routing, it lowered one side first then the other in the front making the drop uneven if you stop half way when i received the car. Compressor stays on longer on the Umbrella kit. Ride quality on all the kits are not affected. Basic lines, compressor on the VRH from Umbrella aswell as the other kits. The only piece on these kits to get made is the cup which can be sourced everything else is obtainable to build on your own. Hope that helps.

Yeah, here's a seemingly honest review on the Stance kit. $650 is pretty cheap for two cups:

Seems like the "Deluxe" kit would be the way to go... then add an aluminum air tank to speed up lifting the car.

He lives in my part of town and have seen his car. Really nice. Again the biggest portion of this kit is just the CUP itself. This has to be retrofitted to the coils. Umbrella had coils made for the front of their kit. The other opposing kits used what came with the coil overs but limited to which brand you can use.
I have driven the NSX with the kit in the mid to upper position about 1/4 inch and have no issues, same with my buddies. I think it would take a hard dip and rough driving in a hefty car to blow the seals but I would not take the chance.

The kit was installed at Umbrella, I have un-installed the kit and re-applied and re-routed some areas during servicing.
The kit works as described. As noted the only complaint was the height de- compression unevenness. We also have this on the Veilside and that needs some work to get it how mine is today. That raises and lowers unevenly and is very slow. If the compressor is on it takes a few minutes to have max pressure, I added a pressure gauge to mine and updated the lines.. I have had two relays go out and that was with very minimal use but nothing a local auto parts store could not fix.
I did not receive any of the coil over wrenches from the vendor for both NSX's. To adjust the height from the coil over is a PITA. It is noted to unbolt the bottom of the coil over body and adjust but I used break cleaner and wd40 and had someone hold the cup itself while I turned the sleeve to lower. Now I can do this by hand on my own. You have to have the system fully decompressed to adjust also. If it is in the raised position there will be too much tension.
If I would to do it all over again I would definitely have the CUP system on the car but will go with the Phantom or Roberuta CUPS. That raises and lowers very nice, the lowering and raising is a lot quieter.
Annoying is the air release valve. Sounds like your on airbags when you press the button. When you air up to maneuver over bumps the compressor kicks on to cycle in more air and buzzing can be heard from the outside if driving in a shopping center.
I plan to get a baffle made for the quick release valve or use a Military grade one which is a lot quieter when applied and doesn't release air like a semi truck or blow off valve.

I think my kit is newer than Gil's kit. I didn't notice any of the issues that Gil was having. My kit is about 7 months old, I think may be Ravi made some improvement to the kit?

Nice find on the Stance unit Dave! I could never understand why these things were so expensive. It's just machine time once the design is done. It will be interesting to see if Stance comes out with more versions to accommodate a wider range of coilover shaft sizes and spring diameters.

I think I read they are working on sleeves to adapt it to other common shaft diameters.
Check it out - They did a stress analysis of these. Must be some engineers

Seems like someone could put together a group buy of these and some Viair compressor, aluminum tank, valves, and fittings.
I can see a 4-cup front and rear complete kit with compressor and aluminum tank for a little over $2k if we could possibly do a group buy on the parts.
I'm in.

As an FYI, I would refer to the kit as "Stance-Solutions," not Stance to avoid confusion.
