Have some friends heading out to Atlanta this week for a conference looking to get some sushi while they're out there...any suggestions I can pass along to them?

You have three choices now that mf has closed. Sushi House Hayakawa, Taka, and Tomo. If you want more info let me know. Hope its a great trip.

Awesome - thanks for the tips. Just found out they're going to be in the Gwinnett area...know anything close that's good?

Gwinnett area = Haru Ichiban (in Duluth)
or Mori House (in Suwanee)

On the way to Gwinnett, right within the loop near I-85.
look for a place called Shoya (in Doraville)

That should cover most bases.

and a plug for my friend,
If you're interested in the best Chinese food around,
check out Ming's BBQ (in Duluth) off of Pleasant Hill Rd, exit 104. (which is just around the corner from previously mentioned Haru Ichiban)

I second Ming's BBQ, not your everyday Georgia BBQ, It was good with good people
