Doesn't seem to be much info about these products, but I wonder if they might be better alternatives to the blue painters tape that some people use for long drives.

or you can use Painter tape, leaves no marks on the paint and is super thick. I just had a friend do his whole front of the car for a long drive cross country,
it cost 1.30 a roll and you can keep it in your trunk for years.
