To be clear- I will pay for your ECU in working condition. My original post was ambiguous on this point.
If any of my fellow Canadians have an OEM ECU chip for a 1991 NSX 5-spd that you no longer need, please send me a PM. I'm thinking one of you FI guys will have one lying around!
I recently replaced the Dinan in my USDM 1991 with a used OEM chip from the US. I now have a CEL code and the car is in "limp mode"- high idle and capped at 4K rpm. I'm not sure if I installed the chip backwards (is that even possible?) or if it was messed up when I got it, but either way I'd like to try a new chip.
Also, any advice/tips, on ECU install etc are appreciated!

It is possible to install in backwards. There is a notch on the OEM chip. make sure it is facing the ECU plugs.I'm not sure if I installed the chip backwards (is that even possible?)
