Fisker is fighting this tooth and nail. If they were smart, they would settle quickly and quietly with a nice big "pain and suffering" bonus and go about their business of making cars that are just like other combustible exotics like Ferrari and Lamborghini.
I agree Jim, its just creating even more bad publicity. GM had an issue with the Volt and they moved on. Just get it resolved, settle the case and move on.
