Things to do in Budapest?

I am going to work in Berlin next week and the week after, after that I will go for a long weekend in Budapest. I have been before but I was young kid...so different world and place now.

My cousin lives in London and he will meet me there, so will have a partner in crime!

Are there any recommendations on the following: Cultural, bars, restaurants, night life? Any must do's, anything to avoid?

Austria is just next to Hungary. You can take a sight-seeing tour thru Vienna.

I am back from my trip already, got back yesterday, although I will be going back to Berlin for work so can take another trip to Vienna. Thanks Carl
