I didn't see... it could have been. The car looked pretty loaded, video screens in all the headrests etc so maybe it was a dealer demo car driving around to show off to all the costumed freaks.

Wouldn't this be illegal in any place that disallows other underbody/decorative car lighting? I know at least in CA "underglow" has long since been banned, and I wonder if this would qualify...
