Let's see... from this weekend...

I set my new QuickJack up on Saturday. It's fantastic. Can't wait to get to my AC compressor now...

Friday I spent six hours driving McLaren 570S and 570GT around for prospective customers. One of them brought their new Acura NSX! He let me drive it around the paddock area and take some pictures:

Had a Remembrance Gathering to attend yesterday for a coworker/friend who was also well into F-1 racing as a hobby. He owned and maintained them and another coworker friend was his driver. The driver organized the memorial/remembrance event and asked I bring the '17/Gen 2. So I finally did some car shuffling needed (just before leaving) to take the Gen 2 for its 2107 1'st/maiden drive. In midst of the shuffle decided to capture a "Kodak Moment" for this "recent pix" section. It was overcast, but good enough.

Great in-motion shot. Interesting how the lighting has it looking like a very light/bright silver vs a deeper titanium/gunmetal 'ish silver(stone). Regardless... looks GRAND!

Since you're a GT40 guy I thought you'd appreciate a couple photos from the 2017 Brian Redman Jefferson 500 at Summit Point Raceway this past weekend. I was there in my NSX for pace car duty on Sunday and a few charity laps, not to mention taking in all the vintage machinery. The #6 and #80 are original chassis sister cars, the #80 was competing on track, and the #6 was used for pace car duties and charity hot lap rides during the lunch break. The #9 is a continuation GT40 built to the exact specs. They are absolutely fantastic to see and hear. There was also a Ferrari 360 and a new McLaren pacing the fields and taking folks for a few laps at lunch. I also had the pleasure of meeting the legendary Mr. Redman.

The shot is slightly overexposed, It's posted already so I will let it be but if I was to process it again I would probably tone is down about 1/4 of a stop.

Thanks!

wow Brian looks the same as he did as our guest at xpo 04:eek:.......
