Afraid it is not a Type R, just my take.
Shift knob = Group N purchased from Dali about 10 years ago. Not sure if you can get them any more.

Love the alcantara and the door inserts! Where did you have it done and how about how much did it run you?
Probably not much help for you as I'm across the pond but cost me around £1200 to have the door cards and dash covered.
No worries. Still good to have the insight. Was it a shop that was familiar with disassembling the dash of the NSX or just a general car upholstery place? Looks amazing.
I should have said, stripped the car and gave them the parts to cover. They had done a few NSX dash re-trims before mine and their work is spot on.
