We've had many Customers ask us for a Radar Detector Hardwire Power Cable to Compliment their MirrorMount Radar Detector Bracket, and after sending them to other vendors for months, we finally had our own cables produced.

We used a Thicker Gauge Copper, to accommodate the higher power requirements of Today's GPS-enabled radar detectors; this is not a converted telephone cord, it's a Purpose-Made Cable.

We also added an inline fuse, and decided to use a readily available 2A automotive style blade fuse, so there's no rummaging around Radio Shack on the off chance your fuse requires replacement.

When time came to decide what end connectors to use, we chose components which would Drop into the NSX without modification.

Earlier Today I installed one of these in my car, and posted a write up of the installation:
http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showt...tector-Hardwire-Installation-into-Acura-NSX-T

This cable is compatible with all Current V1, Escort, and Beltronics Radar Detectors, and can be installed in the NSX within a matter of minutes.

We're offering these for Only $6.95 Shipped within the United States, and $12.95 Shipped Internationally

In addition to being among the best hardwire power cords available, it's also the least expensive.

While it's been designed with the NSX in mind, it's also a universal cable. I installed one in my Dodge Ram Today also, so you may want to purchase more than one.

Hey Scorp, anymore of these in stock. I might as well grab one now so I don't have to get it later for my V1. Let me know, thanks.

We now offer these for Cobra, and Rocky Mountain Radar detector models.

The first post has been updated with a drop down box to select detector model; price is still the same ($6.95 shipped).

This cable is plug and play for the NSX (and S2000).

Great kit! I just installed mine and it took me all of 45 minutes.

Will this work with Cobra Atom?
Amazon has this kit (see link) but i was wondering since you did not post any pics for this particular Cobra model.

Anyone making a combination cable to power a vehicle recorder using mini-usb connector?
I have a Genius HD recorder that I would like to mount along with my radar detector.

I bought the escort mount a few years back and it works great! The detector does not even flinch even over hard surfaces. Love the performance package mount.

Awesome...Thanks buddy!
No problem. That link was copied from scorps signature at the bottom of his posts. They sell them on Amazon as well.
