This is the second Nsx I have had in the past few years. I thought I would never sell it since I made it to the exact specs I would want in an Nsx; however, I will be owing a balloon payment on a personal loan due at the end of 2014. I know it is a long ways from now, but I have 3 cars and my Nsx is rarely driven as seen in the mileage.

I have a complete folder of receipts and paperwork that dates back from the second owner to present. I will list a full detail of history below. Keep in mind all the parts were bought brand new, nothing second hand with original receipts to prove.

The car was originally red when I bought it. Please see my build thread at: http://www.nsxprime.com/forum/showthread.php/156977-My-New-Build-1992-NSX-R-Conversion-Long-way-to-go

The car was painted Championship White at H&H Autobody in Oakland in 03/2012, which is known for their Imports. I had the front fender turn signals shaved and s2000 side markers installed in its place. The engine bay and under the hood was painted flat black. I had the front bumper emblem and rear antenna shaved as well and installed an internal antenna which works great. There are zero dents or dings on the body and only until recently one rock chip on the front bumper. The front windows were recently tinted and I also replaced the front bumper lenses with new ones from Acura to give it a fresh new look. I also replaced a few worn parts at time of paint, i.e. front bumper rubber gaskets. My car is always garaged and since paint, has never seen rain. I was also able to locate a mint engine cover lid, there are zero wear marks or scratches on the felt fabric, the best condition one that I have seen.

I will include all the stock parts for this car that I have: Stock wheels with tires (Tires are over 10 years old though). Stock hood, stock side skirts, oem black front lip, oem rear spoiler (Only the rear spoiler is paint matched to the white though). Stock steering wheel with airbag.

Since my brief ownership I have invested close to $10k into the car to make it the beauty that she is today. The parts installed by Comptech and the RM racing receipts and electronics also total north of $10k.

ZERO accidents, I documented the repaint to show it was due to choice. A/C blows cold and has been converted. Windows roll up well and fast (the tracks have been cleaned and re-greased at time of paint).

PLEASE NOTE. ALTHOUGH THERE IS ONLY 45K MILES ON THE TIMING BELT AND WATER PUMP, THE RUBBER IS OVER 10 YEARS OLD, SO I WOULD SUGGEST THE FULL SERVICE SOON, also the Tint on the rear hatch is starting to peel and the seats have their normal wear/tear on the bolsters

BEFORE CONTACTING ME TO LOOK AT THE CAR, PLEASE HAVE PROOF OF FUNDS READY, I AM TRYING TO WEED OUT THE DREAMERS VS ACTUAL POTENTIAL BUYERS.
