I like everything but golf! Don't play unless you meant minature golf. Lol

My brother in law's company usually does the media coverage for festival of speed if you need anything. Let me know.

I'm thinking:
Sat. AM: Golf
Sat. PM: Hangout, Go Carts + Dinner
Sun AM: Group Drive + Festivals of Speed.

I don't think we want to show the cars because it takes all day, but I am sure we would enjoy going.

Oh, and we will have shirts available this year, but only for attending members.

Thoughts?

Looks like not many people are happy about the golf outing.

Like in past years, Golfers will play Sat AM, everyone else can meet up after. I need to check with wei shen about Bella Colina.

Guys, I am happy to arrange stuff for Saturday (golf, gun range, lunch, dinner)
Unfortunately Lynn and I leave for Chicago early Sunday and can't do the car show or drive
Alternatively we could do the drive Saturday morning, lunch, then golf etc
Go karting etc in evening

We need you for the drive for sure as I have no idea where to go.

What about.

Sat. AM Golf
Sat. PM - group drive, Go Carts, Dinner
Sunday - Car show. get there for 10am.

I want to keep the golf early because those that dont golf will drive up Sat AM.

I just realized this is thanksgiving weekend. Probably going to lead to low turn out.

Maybe we push it back a week.

Probably. It's a bummer, I thought we were finally going to have a year where the NSXcapades didn't conflict with my employer's holiday party (which is Dec 7 this year).

Historically NSXcapades has always been the weekend after thanksgiving weekend
That would be December 7-8
Of course we could also dec. 14-15
Dec 21-22 may be too late....

I think 7-8 sounds like the perfect date for everyone.

Wei Shen. Are you around for both those days. ?

I know we might be overlapping with the toy rally in Miami but I think it is the best date. Guys from the rally can drive up after that event.

Hmm, December will be a busy month. If we do NSXCapades Dec 7-8 that means I would be away from home that weekend, then away again at Chin Motorsports at Sebring Dec 14-15. I will likely have to pick one or the other. Sorry, guys, I think the track day will win out. (Aren't you proud of me, Wei Shen?)

Still on the fence, though, I'll monitor this thread and see where it is leading . . . .

7-8 works for me. The other dates do not.
