NSX engine rebuild

Hi guys and girls,

I was the happy owner of a UK spec 1991 NA1 Honda NSX until I was driving to work and snapped a con rod!

I don't suppose anyone knows of someone in the UK who specialises in rebuilding VTEC engines?

If you contact John Danby Racing they can possibly advise. I doubt they'll build themselves but they use an engine builder near Harlow I believe. They've been involved in Rob Fenn's racecar NSX. Good luck

First time I've ever heard of a NSX con rod snapping...

Anyway, a reputable engine builder used too working on high performance DOHC engines or Honda (B) engines could do it.
Perhaps some one that refurbishes Porsche, builds Integra's, Subaru's.

We often supply garages, engine & transmission specialists with all necessary parts and technical advice & literature to complete a factory spec overhaul.
So if you find some one your comfortable with doing the engine, we can supply parts and support.
