Ok guys Im at it again, I was contacted a few months ago about having a ton of work done on another NSXPRIME members NSX which from Michigan.we are doing a ton of upgrades and a full complete respray, dropping the engine etc. this car will look like a showroom car.the car was picked up before the snow hit and it would have been stuck,it was picked up Friday and arrived last night about 6pm very very quick. the driver must not have even stopped for a piss break LOL we shipped it open carrier down and will ship closed carrier up, or driven, or dollied back by the owner not sure yet.this is no deadline but the owner would like it back around January or so.so here are some teaser pics I have half the car disassembled already will post pics of that tomorrow.enjoy.

Subscribed. I love a good refresh thread. Just out of curiosity what would you guys charge for a full repaint?

paint is about 3600+ that's not including labor. every little thing is taken apart even the wiper blades are painted. and parts of the car that the factory should have painted but didn't.

then every part of the car is hand cleaned before its re-installed if its not new. chassis is hand cleaned etc.

Looking forward to seeing this one return to the D.... sweetness!

I still have bad feelings about the one that was taken from me. so I don't think I want to every own another Silverstone

Ok guys I got the engine out the other day I needed to take the sub frame off the engine so I could re-install the sub back onto the chassis so it can be rolled to the paint shop. not one hitch nothing unusual to report.

NSX-R lower chassis, new center bar for chassis stiffness, and tow hook which is gonna be fun to make it fit with the cover ( cut time lol )

anyway hope you guys had a great weekend.

yeah when I was doing the 2015 inspired NSX the owner timed me it took 1 hour 14 minutes to drop the engine.

but to get the axles off sometimes they come off easy sometimes they take some elbow greese LOL

pics soon shop is busy geez and only me to do all of them. I need to clone myself

Curious why you would paint parts that were not origional factory painted. What are they?

Great work your doing.
