You know the car, only 304 of the NSXT in red/black made in 1995. She’s been very well taken care of. Most of the maintenance and work has been done by me, but I know when to call in the pros (see above). I’m not neurotic when it comes to cleanliness, but I’m close.

Unfortunately, with 3 kids and a schedule that comes with them, the car just doesn’t get enough utilization. I’m averaging under 2k miles per year over the last 4 years.

ONE MORE update. Car spent time at Acura of Brookfield to fix a screw that came off of the butterfly valve in the intake plenum (I think I got that right). Long story short, the screw marred up the cylinder wall, so that was re-milled. A new piston/rod was installed, a valve was bent so that was replaced. Since the engine was completely taken apart, all of the gaskets/seals were replaced. While this isn't a "rebuild" per se, there was considerable work done. The results are night and day. The car pulls much stronger than it ever has in the 10 years I've owned it. The new owner can take comfort in knowing this motor is strong and is good to go for some time to come, at a considerable cost to me. Any questions, please contact John Vasos at Acura of Brookfield. I can't say enough about the level of effort he and the techs at AoB put into this thing to get it right. John is the man. Unreal.
