Additional Information

NUMBER OF OWNERS: I believe I'm the 3rd, maybe 4th

CLEAN TITLE? Yes, In Hand

CLEAN CARFAX? Yes

HISTORY OF ACCIDENTS? (IF YES, DETAILS) No Accidents. I did use insurance to help cover a portion of the cost of the conversion, my original 92 bumper paint was damaged from a person rearing into it in a parking lot. Only the bumper and paint was damaged, nothing else. Pics included of the old bumper to show how minor it really was.

HISTORY OF PAINT/BODYWORK? (IF YES, DETAILS) Front end conversion. Also recently repainted the top panels black again. All work done at Bell's Autosports in Huntington Beach. Paint is in great condition.

MAINTENANCE HISTORY & DO YOU HAVE DOCUMENTATION? Service done at 70k by Thomas Acura (have record). I've owned the car since 83k miles, since 2010 I believe. Oil/filter changes done by me personally every 5k miles with Mobil1 synthetic only (so no shop record of it). No noticeable oil burning.

CURRENT CONDITION OF WEARABLES INCL. TIRES, BRAKES, BELTS, HOSES, SUSPENSION COMPONENTS AND FLUIDS -
Rear Tires are brand new. Front are still good.
Driver side CV boot is leaking.
I have the new parts: CV boot set, timing belt, water pump, and various gaskets.

MODS if any (Are stock parts included in the sale?)
Suspension: Tein Springs on stock shocks. Rides great and firm.
Engine: bone stock. Except a 94+ stock exhaust. No oval tips.
Wheels: Wedsport SA-67R 18/19
Body: ALL new OEM parts for the conversion except the hood. Hood is an original Back Yard Special hood. OEM lights, wires, bulbs, gaskets. I also have the original bumper and hood. '92 bumper paint is damaged, that's why I did the conversion. (See pic)
Interior: bone stock. AC is perfectly cold. All control units work fine. Light chipping of the center console color (see pictures).
One part was broken and removed, the driver knee panel (77210-SL0-A01ZA PANEL ASSY., INSTRUMENT DRIVER(LOWER) *NH188L*). I have ordered it new and will be in soon with the rest of the parts.
Other than that, the interior is in good condition. Typical wear on both seats in the normal spots. Power seats work fine.
The Antenna doesn't go up or down anymore. It still receives signal.

Other than the few items listed above, the car drives and rides beautifully. Gets average 22-24mpg. Passes smog just fine. Registration is up to date and I have the title on hand.
You will get an alarming amount of attention from everyone! It's been a great car to me.
I am selling because I have to readjust my priorities in life now. Wife is pregnant.. I'd hate to see it sit around and not be driven anymore.
It pains me to sell this car. White has always been my favorite. But I'm sure a new owner could appreciate it more than I could in the near future.

Thanks,
Alex
