First Annual Bay to Bay NSX Run

Don't miss out on the 1st Annual Bay to Bay NSX run on Saturday September 20th.

We will start in the San Francisco Bay and end in Monterey Bay. The main focus of this glorious drive will be the famous 17-mile drive at Pebble Beach where we will have many chances for phot ops at some of the most scenic areas in the world. After cruising through the drive we will stop in Carmel for lunch (restaurant to be determined). Then the return trip will be just as scenic as we head up Highway 1 to Santa Cruz and back over the hill to the SF Bay.





17 Mile Drive at pebble Beach

17-Mile Drive is widely recognized as one of the most scenic drives in the world. The famous coastal landmark runs through Pacific Grove to Pebble Beach, from the dramatic Pacific coastline to the majestic Del Monte Forest. The awe-inspiring vistas and legendary sites can easily fill an entire day with exploration and discovery, although visitors with less time should not miss the opportunity to experience this wondrous journey as well. Marvel at some of nature’s treasures found along 17-Mile Drive including The Lone Cypress – one of California’s best-known landmarks – Spanish Bay, Cypress Point Lookout and Carmel Bay. You can also see the emerald fairways of The Links at Spanish Bay, Spyglass Hill and the world-renowned Pebble Beach Golf Links.


Meeting Point

We will meet at the Bay 101 Casino parking lot which is at the meeting point of the 101 and 880 in San Jose

Departure time will be 8:00am. We will cruise over to Monterey taking 101 South to 156 west onto highway 1 for the final stretch to 17 Mile Drive. After viewing some awesome scenery and some great photo ops with a semi-professoinal photographer (B2FiNiTY) we will be ready for a great lunch in Carmel somewhere around Ocean Ave. After lunch we will head back up highway 1 all the way to Santa Cruz and then onto 17 and back into the SF Bay.

BTW - I often see your SoCal drives and wish I lived down there.......lol.........some day (maybe soon) I will be back in SoCal...........

Hey everyone...........Steven (AKA Garage Queen Master) has offered to host dinner/poker game for everyone after the drive at his place in Sunnyvale. Everyone on the drive is welcome and for those that can't make the drive you can still attend the dinner. Steven will cook us up something and if it's not enough or bad we can order some pizzas. Anyone who wants to stick around for some poker is welcome as well.

Steven needs a head count so after your name say "dinner and Drive" or just dinner or just drive. Steven can provide his address by PM to those that say they will attend.

Was down in Monterey again this week and decide to head over to 17-Mile drive and take a few pics. 17-Mile drive was practically empty since they basically closed it off to the public but I managed to BS my way in. And it doesn't hurt to be driving an NSX.

Absolutely. May I suggest adding your name to the list and then placing "Monterey" next to your name so we know you will meet us there. Any suggestion on where we should meet up when we get there?
