Inline fuel pressure gauge

Hi, I want to install an inline fuel pressure gauge, either near the fuel filter or rails. How do I splice in to the current line, do I need pipe cutting, flaring and threading tools or is there a simple solution?

ps I did a search but when the keywords a fuel and gauge I get a billion matches
