Exhaust tip fun

Well, I didn't give up.

Gone from chubby to skinny with these dual, slash cut, pencil tips and asked my buddy to make um slip-on at 10 degree angle .

He did it for me. Still a bit long at the moment and will paint satin black

Got back up wheels off to re-finish as above.

Hurray lol. Having fun with it.

Interesting finish my buddy used to make the black tips.

Not Paint, not powdercoat......Cerakote ( mainly used on guns) really tough stuff.

Color...Black Velvet !?

All these pictures taken with flash but notice no reflection , it just lights them up so no gloss at all yet much more luxurious than flat...strange stuff.

Skibotcho !

I just got the refinshed wheels on before darkness so will post a few more in final post.

Now I can have the tips tacked on and finish this small but satisfying project.

Yet again the NSX has brought me great joy , while the world is crumbling round us.

Be well all.

lower that car!!!!

Yes,

Would look optimum but I won't sacrifice streetability for looks.

The stock set-up takes ground pounding surprizingly well and handles just fine..well, great.

You'd think the car would lower itself after 20 years but it's all original and still rock solid.

Everything else to. I keep thinking how can it look and run so pure, somethings got to go wrong, but it hasn't.

profile with lights down is lowered for ya using photoshop..yea looks great .

Thx,

S

Well,

With all the suffering in the world atm it seems silly to be taking so much pleasure with the car right now but came out good....

It has just returned from Science of Speed where they completed a comprehensive service.

They also powderd the cailpers gloss black and finished with a beautiful job on the lettering.

Plus a few critical enhancements. ...Late Model ABS system ! ..Steel brake lines.

note: ultra clean garage picks of SOS with cars covered and some wrapped like mummies. NSX everywhere... My kind of shop

Should be ready now for the backside of the 74 highway at the upcoming X-po lol.

So solid, so happy, thx Guys

It's superior, had it on my previous car also.

Reacts much faster with more consistant modulation and makes no noise at all.

Plus 15lbs lighter.
