best lowering springs for stock struts with 18/19 rims to fill gap

Sagging Eibachs will get you the no gap.
The rubbing will be more a factor of the combination of your wheel size, offset and tire sizes (not your suspension).

Are there any other options besides Eibach that are not progressive springs? Just trying to do my homework on some lowering springs as well and am in the same position as the OP.

Yeah but if you look at the H&R, it is wound at two different rates. Also, I hear they sag worse than the Eibachs.

All lowering springs except for the Zanardi are progressive.

Interesting, I didn't know that? Are the Zanardi springs lowering springs or regular ride height?

H&R are supposedly linear rate according to SOS. Drop is 1.5", probably one of the lowest riding of all NSX springs.

Thanks for the link to the H&R springs I will look into those as well. Anybody have some pics of their cars lowered with the H&R springs?

I wonder if that's true? Can anybody else chime in with experience with the H&R springs and sagging after a period of time? If so how long before they sag and begin to be problematic for the suspension geometry of the car?

Zanardi lower the car by 0.6" front and 0.3" rear. Below is a link to the NSX H&R springs. As you can see, the spring is wound at two different rates, which means it is progressive. The closely wound coils are the initial (soft) rate and the coils with more space in between are the final (hard) rate. If you look closely, you can see it on the SOS picture too.

I know the Zanardi springs are linear. Are the Stock NSX springs linear as well?

I think they're wound with "dead coils" at the top. Those coils don't do anything for overall ride. "Dead or Inactive Coils: Coils, which are in contact with adjacent coils at loaded height. Inactive coils do nothing but give the spring enough free length to stay tight in the spring perches at full rebound."

Here's the Dali Spring comparison chart. Note the H&R springs have a linear rate listed and the Eibach are progressive with a "Start" and "Final" rate listed.

Dali Racing lists other Linear rate aftermarket springs: Tein S-Tech, Tanabe GF210 and Swift springs, despite what was stated earlier in this thread.

will eibach sag from start or over time? I need need something that will fill gap right away.

Mine had about a finger gap (between the top of the tire and fender) at the original install and sagged to no gap after about 4-5 years. It's subtle, but there.

Thanks! I am looking for springs that will give me that no gap look from start. Also not looking for stock feel, not bumpy or too soft.

I got a set of Eibach's that I replaced with KW v3's. I had them on the car for 4 years and 5k miles.
Want them cheap?

I haven't put too many miles on them, but so far they are great!
