Friends,
The long waited Bladed (Anti Roll Bar)ARB 2.0 is finally track tested again and ready for release! We have 25 sets for the GB and its going to be the 1" front only as the rear 7/8" dia. was way too beefy. We will re-engineer the rear based on the 17mm rear Zanardi bar for a later release around X'mas time, but overall we were very pleased with the results at Buttonwillow last Sat. and the rear geometry is now more ideal at 90 deg and the adjustment is easier than the front due to more surrounding space. This bar will allow you to have control of your roll stiffness by adjusting the blade from full stiff to full soft like a real race car.

Post Track Inspection: the stiffness setting in the front on Greg's SOS SC, winged, "Indy" Brembo car and mine NA car was not full stiff as we thought because we were in a hurry to finish the car thus aligned the blade to the heim and it should be align to the end block of the bar. The corrected blade position is now posted on our website pole2flagracing.com which meant we had another 1/8 turn before reaching full stiff last Sat. at the track. It was easy to adjust the blade by loosening 3 hex bolts and turn the blade. We are now at full stiff.

my lower NSX-R bar was barely touching the ARB so we are going to make a kit(1x1 spacer, 135mm longer bolt) to take care that problem.
since we had a spare 1" alum bushing on hand, we replaced the poly bushing and I can feel the increase in stiffness even more just driving around. We will make the alum bushings avail. as an option. It has internal grease ports.

If you are on the fence of this product, Greg agreed to do a write up on his impression of the bar soon.

We want to democratize this technology to everyone on Prime so we lowered the price to $625 until sold out for the 1st batch. The main bar is made from 4130 chromoly heat treated to proper Rockwell not DOM mild steel and the blades are aerospace landing gear stuff heat treated and plated and the rod ends are high quality Aurora and the spacers and turnbuckle are hard anodized. This part is a great tool for setting up and tuning of your suspension but still priced below than other blades on the market. We at Pole 2 Flag made it affordable(for the 1st batch) so the NSX community can try this and see for themselves. See www.tarett.com/ for Porsche 996/997 and provenwicked.com for late model Camaro for price and quality comparison.

It will be ready to ship approx. 2 weeks and a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your spot. You should make the deposit from your bank direct to our bank at Wells Fargo to avoid the pesky Paypal 3% fee. Your bank should have this service for free.

For those who wants to buy rod end boot to keep dirt away, you can buy direct from sealsit.com and the PN is RERS 2. You need 4 per bar and they don't offer any discount.

Below are a couple of past threads that may answer any questions you have.

When would the rear blades be available?? Should I wait for a set front and rear to purchase or should I just buy the fronts and wait for the rears?

Its up to you. We have only 23 sets left avail. of the front for the 1st batch. the price will go up a bit for the 2nd batch IF the 1st batch is sold out. As you can tell, these bars are not cheap to make and there is hardly anybody making them because they usually end up being very expensive. We have good contacts of people we know for a long time who understand the value of these bars so they cut us a deal(knowing there is not many NSX around and probably only 25 people are willing to buy:biggrin:) provided we go back and make bars avail for other cars. We trust their words and they trust ours.

We need to run the math and do FEA for the rear bar so at mid-stiff, its about the same as the Zanardi bar to take full advantage of the blade design. The jig is made and we know the 7/8" rear bar fit the car well, it just changing the die for the smaller dia. so expect around X'mas time and the price will be the same as the front.

Once you figure out what and how these work, you would never go back to the one piece version. Its time to move on to the next curve!
