Wanted: NSX on a budget

Hello prime,

I've just recently become a member, but have read and looked through the site for awhile now. The NSX has always been a dream car of mine and i'm currently in the market to buy one. I am not looking for a collectors item, but rather a car i can drive and take to the track. I would prefer a car that i can see and drive before buying but would be willing to buy and arrange shipping with the seller using a 3rd party escrow service.

Needs:
Under 30k budget
Manual. (I will never be interested in a auto NSX, sorry)
Must be able to make a 7 hours drive from NC to KY

Wants:
Blue, yellow, black, red
Black interior
Non smoker
See/drive the car. Local to Hickory, NC or Louisville, KY
Maintenance up to date

Don't care:
Modified or stock (prefer tasteful mods ie. wheels, suspension, exhaust)
Salvage or rebuilt or clean (owned two rebuilt title Mkiv Supra's that were great)
Color
Interior
Number of owners
