Targa NSX 1995-2001

Looking for Targa top NSX with pop-up headlights, 1997-2001 preferred but willing to consider 1995-1996 for right price. I have cash in hand. Must haves:
- Manual transmission
- NO BODY KITS. 2002+ rear valence okay. Not a fan of 2002+ front conversions.
- Stock engine preferred, though tasteful upgrades with supercharger/clutch/headers/exhaust, etc ok as well.
- Clean title with no accidents
- Up to date maintenance records.
- You must have title in hand.

Colors preferred - willing to consider others:
Red
Monte Carlo Blue
Grand Prix White

I live in Houston, TX and would prefer to buy from a seller within 500 miles, but for the right car I am willing to travel.

Must be open to allowing a third-party PPI.
