Wind noise

I get a lot of wind noise from the passenger window at high speeds. Are there any adjustments than can be done to stop this from happening. Regular highway speed I hear nothing at all.

yes there is multiple adjustments on each door you need to take off the door panel peel back the plastic moisture guard
and you will see them..

its a bolt that has an allen wrench end. turning it closkwise makes the exterior door handle move closer to you counterclock makes it go away from you. need to do front and rear the same number of turns.

then go test it. now.... lets say you were getting wind noise at 60 you adjust it a few turns and now you could get noise at 80 etc. etc. now since you have a targa same thing except you need to find where the noise is coming from as the targa has adjustments also.

Thanks. I'll take a look tonight.

My drivers side window has a lot of wind noise at the rear at speed. Anything over 90-100 mph is loud. I don't have the roof on very often so there is wind noise all the time.

I probably didn't explain properly where my wind noise is coming from Lostbuckeye. Is that the plug that you stick in the hole in the rear pillar when the roof is off? My leak is at the rear middle to upper part of the driver's window. It is only an issue when the roof is on. I'm sure it is there with the roof off also, but is drowned out with all the noise that creates. I have the little plugs but never use them. I believe my door glass needs to be adjusted inward slightly. The car only has 16K miles on it and the seals have been maintained as long as I've had the car, and appear as new.

I did the adjustment last night. I haven't tested it yet but before the adjustment i could pull the glass away from the seal with very little effort. With the adjustment it's harder to pull it away. About the same as drivers door which has no wind noise so hopefully it will have fixed it. Will try out this weekend.
