I bought the car from the 2nd owner exactly ten years ago. Car had 89,000 miles. The 2nd owner was a woman up in Santa Barbara who totally babied the car....(The first owner was her friend....some Hollywood publicist who lived in Manhattan Beach). In the ten years that I have owned the car, I would guess that 95% of the mileage I have put on it has been easy, weekend morning, freeway driving. It has ALWAYS been garaged and meticulously maintained. The interior shines like new, and the plastic and rubber is still shiny and black. There's a little lower bolster wear on the driver's seat, but no rips or tears. CAR IS 100% STOCK AND HAS NEVER BEEN TOUCHED BY A NON NSX SPECIALIST. VIRTUALLY ALL THE MECHANICAL WORK I HAVE HAD ON THIS CAR HAS BEEN DONE BY EITHER JON MARTIN DEALERSHIP SERVICE OR RAMON AT NIGUEL MOTORS. THE ORIGINAL OWNER WAS A JON MARTIN CUSTOMER AND THE 2ND OWNER TOOK THE CAR TO GOLD COAST ACURA IN VENTURA.[/B] Car has always easily passed smog, started up on the first key turn, and simply runs and drives great. Ramon installed a BrianK rebuilt CCU...so the AC and heat work great too! It even has the original NSX car phone! I have been a NSX PRIME member since early 2005, and the SoCal NSX community knows me and my car. Negatives? The original radio isn't that great anymore-probably needs a BrianK overhaul, as does the center speaker between the seats( I had BrianK rebuild the door speakers a few years back.) Again, testimony to my goal of keeping the car completely stock. The horn has a short in its wire or something. Fender has been repaired after receiving a dent. Because the fender has been dented and repaired, my asking price is somewhat low given the current market. I really want this car to go to an enthusiast (not some flipper) who will love and enjoy this car for many years like I have. Even though the car is stock, I have installed chromed 97' NSX wheels...I still have the original wheels which are included in the sale, along with a custom car cover and some beautiful, rare, NSX art in frames. Why am I selling? I'm shopping for something Italian that starts with either an F or a L !

The car has only been advertised here on PRIME with contact allowed only for members via PM. I'm setting up some showing appts. for this upcoming week, but if these don't result in a sale, then I'll go more mainstream with my for sale advertisment. So if you're interested, act quick because there will be a lot more people looking at this car after this week....
