Hotel Rooms for 3rd Annual Mideast Mini NSXPO 2016 – May 20-22

I need to get an estimate for the number of out-of-town attendees for MidEast NSXPO 2016 in Raleigh. Please add your name to the thread below.

This is not a commitment to attend, but rather an effort to identify the total number of rooms needed. I am working with the Hilton Garden Inn, Cary, NC (this was the host hotel for NSXPO 2013) and will be negotiating a discounted rate for our group.

Locals who will be attending and not requiring overnight accommodations need not list here.

Unless something drastic comes up - I should be there and would like a room.

Hope you can make it. I will be setting up a block of rooms on Monday (3/28) with the hotel and will post reservation procedure. I plan on blocking enough to have several extra rooms available. look for a post next week with details for reserving rooms.

Brian - finalized arrangements with the hotel yesterday. Will be posting a link to make reservations on Tuesday. We will be using the Hilton Garden Inn near the Raleigh Durham Airport. Will also be posting a tentative schedule of events.
