Anyone know this highly modified NSX turbo?

https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/detail/669473316/overview/ I saw this NSX for sale on EBay about a month ago. Bids were upwards of $50,000. "William" is asking $30,000. His phone number seems to be located in Glendale. No VIN listed in his ad. Anyone know this one?

That's Farzad's NSX, he lives in Scottsdale and has had it listed several times. Last I heard he was keeping it and wrapping it black chrome, in fact I was there when they started peeling off the pearl white two weeks ago. I guess he could have changed his mind but I doubt it
