Not able to view regular forum using Google chrome

Google chrome is saying that the website maybe hacked and is not safe. Telling me not to enter in my passwords. It is taking me to an odd off version of the website. Any help or insight would be appreciated .

Front page looks a little suspicious now.

yes I have cleared my cache and still get the 1999 start page but everything else runs fine...
