I noticed the NSX did not have any plates on it.
Does that mean this was some kind of promotion?

New cars can be driven without plates in California for a limited period of time while the owner waits for plates to be issued. California has passed a law to require at least a temporary plate immediately but it doesn't go into effect until 2019.

Penske stores use those kind of paper plates.

It's on Facebook. Guy had a pistol visible on his seat. He was arrested and released with a misdemeanor charge per Alex. Car was not towed
