Hello Everyone!

Figured I'd start a build thread. Purchased this car back in June 2016 from a coworker by the name of Nokoni from southern California. He took great care of the car for the 10ish years hes owned it and since he upgraded, he felt it was time to hand it off to someone who would take as much care of it as he did!

Heres the day I brought it home:

She looks really gorgeous. Low profile and a happy rehab driver. The photos are well done as well! Thanks for sharing!

Nice work. Thanks for sharing the phtotos

Looks good! I like it better without the APR wing.

Thanks guys!

Looks fantastic! You have any rubbing issues with that wheel/tire set up? I think your drop looks perfect.

Gorgeous! And the wheel fitment looks perfect. That's a work of art.

Also curious about any wheel rub here, too.

I appreciate the kind words!

There are no rubbing issues whatsoever. I've been rolling fenders for over 8 years and took that experience to ensure the car doesnt rub. :)

Got my car back from the shop after having the clutch, flywheel, clutch master and slave cylinder all replaced so I took her out for some quick pics.

She looks top heavy without the diffuser :(

You didn't ask but if it were my car, I'd have stayed with the NSX-R wing. P.S. Love the car!

That center photo looks amazing. Did you make the diffuser yourself
or is that something that existed that you added to? Either way, looks fantastic.

Its all good! yea when I look back at the photos with the type r wing, a part of me wants to get another one just to switch back to whenever I want lol

Thanks! A local actually made it for me. He does custom diffusers and splitters for any car. Check his IG out @con10der8
Hes made a handful of them for other NSX owners too!

who else drives their nsx regardless if theres rain?

a better side shot to show the drop! I would like to lower the front but there is too much travel in the coilover where the tire will catch the fender going up a steep enough driveway. #loweredcarproblems

I love driving my NSX. Always puts a smile on my face. However I do not drive mine in the rain, not because I am scared to get her dirty, but because it seems people in my area lose their minds when driving in the rain and I am scared someone will hit my NSX.

NSX looks great by the way.

True! Thats one of the many risks we take stepping out of the door every day!

Came across a deal I couldnt refuse so heres my latest pickup!

I currently also have a Zanardi Shifter stalk, a new trunk seal due to condensation building up on the inner trunk lid, a new windshield liner and trunk/hatch struts on their way!

Moar Pics!

Looks great, but it looked better with the nsx-r wing and would also look much better without the door graffic imo

Thankyou! I look back at photos with the R wing and at times i do miss it but i still like the apr wing as well lol

This past weekend's projects:

I've been getting an annoying amount of condensation in my trunk so even after replacing the trunk seal with no improvement, i decided to go with the next step of replacing the tail light gaskets. The OEM ones were a bit of a pain to peel off, I believe i spent about an hour or so just doing that alone. The new gaskets are a bit on the thick side and take some time to get the tail lights to sit flush with the body again but it did help with the condensation issue! OH while I had the tail lights off, I took the time to drill drain holes at the bottom of each tail light to prevent condensation from building up in the housings.

I came up on this NSX2S2k gauge cluster kit from a close friend/nsx owner and finally had the time to install it! Wasnt too much of a pain to install, just a bunch of screws and some dremel work! But overall, Im def happy with the purchase!
