will 97+ oem nsx headers fit in a 91-96nsx?

Hi guys, I just purchased an aftermarket exhaust for my 93 nsx and now I want to change out the exhaust manifolds and put 97+ headers. Will this bolt on without any mods? or do I have to ask Meineke to cut and weld some parts. I heard that there is something different about the NA1 exhaust and NA2 exhaust....but don't know if there are differences in the headers as well. pls share what you know. thanks!
