I have never heard of Musicares, but Acura is donating a designo version of the NSX for auction

Very nice of Acura to donate the car.

It's got custom details beyond what can be ordered (yet). Maybe this bodes well for more customization options in the future.

The press release (link in the posting that started this thread) says

Custom modifications include black carbon ceramic brakes with red NSX logo detail, black Signature Y-Spoke wheels with red pocket accents, red accents on the carbon fiber front spoiler, lower diffuser, and rocker panels as well as a red tinted carbon fiber engine cover. Other details include smoke tinted taillights, custom red interior stitching on seats, floor mats and center console and NSX embossed headrests.
