'94 Coming out of hibernation

I visited Daisy Motors and spoken with Ben about the significant engine 'miss' with our very low mileage '94. I want to check with at least one other experienced NSX technician before deciding where she will go. She's never been anywhere other than Criswell in Annapolis where she was originally purchased. I understand Tischer has an excellent NSX guy. Can someone fill me in on him? Any other Annapolis area suggestions? Thank you!
