Oem NSX horn button/mechanism repair or replacement?

Hey guys,

I have an OEM acura nsx steering wheel with a passenger side horn button which 1. falls off easily 2. the spring mechanism is stuck.


I can glue the button back on, but how do i repair the spring mechanism? Any links to where the spring mechanism can be purchased?

Any help or links would be greatly appreciated!

Just replace it. From ACURA, number 12 in the diagram. Part# 78521-SL0-A81ZB. As far as I remember, the horn button is a complete unit, Housing, Button, Spring, and Electrical Connection Wire. Just carefully remove (pry out) the old horn button and unplug the connector. plug in the new one and push the new unit into place (the horn will sound when pushing the new button in) I replaced mine with silk screened carbon fiber buttons. -DREW-

How difficult is it to replace the horn button? How do you pry it out exactly?
