I am back in NSX after 7+ years.

Jason no more GT-R or Lamborghini? I was thinking about your absence. Even though we never met in person. Danny

No more R35, had 09 and 13 Black Edition. R36 I plan to be to one of first to have it.

I still have the LP550-2 manual which is last of the Italian super car with gated manual. They quickly becoming collector's item, everytime one pop of for sale it is an event on the forum. It is last model where gated manual still offer better performance than single clutch e-gear.

Lamborghini, McLaren, Acura/Honda are my favorite car makers.

Some phone pics. The red strips were added by me to see if it help the line on carbon fiber front lip and side skirts pop more, on white car, the carbon fiber trims seem to get washed out. On Red or Blue car, the carbon fiber trims will be more noticeable.

The NSX really has quickly become favorite car for both of us. My business partner is going though serious withdraw right now due to NSX is in shop for whole car clear bra. I could not go one day without it, so I have clear bra installer come to me. I use NSX and 570S as daily driver, LP550-2 as weekend.

Detailed review coming. I can only say one must spend 1 or 2 days with the car to get what Honda/Acura tried to achieve and they have successfully done it. We both agreed it is best all around car we have ever owned. It captured my heart the first time I saw it in person similar to how the original NSX did. Not many people would pick NSX over GT3, Huracan, AMG GTS, 911 Turbo S. Which is a good thing.

I think it looks better with the grill's chrome blacked out and without any logo.

I like the blacked out grill, is the grill piece difficult to remove? I could have it wrapped in gloss black or carbon. Not sure if I like the without logo look, kinda empty and missing something for some reason

I'm not 100% certain, but I would not be surprised if the car in the photo has that piece wrapped to black out the chrome.
Probably a simple job for a pro.
Show us the finished project if you do it.

I don't like it without the logo at all.

What about a body colored beak?

haha, nice catch.

DIY wrapped the beak in 4D carbon fiber. Not sure if I like it better, but for some reason seem to make the car look more clean looking or normal and became a little bit more photo friendly.
Nice.
IMO, Acura should do some changes to that hood line to drop the beak. The nose is too tall for an exotic car. Compared to our Hurcans, it's a tad too chunky.

Had window tinted and added some red stripes to the rear diffuser.

It has got to be 10 days in a roll that I drove the NSX. I was going to drive the 570S today, yet I somehow I ended up driving the NSX again. The same for my business partner we just helplessly want to drive it everyday. Something about driving the car that we just can not explain, it gets more exciting every time we drive it.

My 570s and LP550-2 manual both has better power to weight ratio. 570S has more race car feel with incredible sound and acceleration while LP550-2 is ultimate manual Italian super car (last of old school Italian super car with proper gear box). But somehow, I don't recall having this kind of emotional attachment not since the my previous modded gen 1 NSX.

FA, your absence during this most recent period where the car is selling better and some more upbeat vibe for the car is flowing is perceived as you have your tail between your legs.

I just think you are doing other stuff with your time.

you would be correct B&B. my career moves in waves of busy and slow. lately it has been pretty full on, until i leave for Monaco tonight. but i won't be spending the next few weeks in Europe concerned with how the new NSX is doing. nor will i be expecting McLaren Honda to win in Monte Carlo...

p.s. you know what they say about assuming? stay on the smarter side Bricks.

Blacked out front and back emblem (gloss black metallic), wrapped the key fob and added NSX wallet.

Mirror and some other small touches next.

I like the carbon fiber front better than the matte black. Nice touch on the key fob.

Not sure if it's true or not, but I heard that the carbon fiber key fob, adds 2 HP
