How does the seat base bracket fit the nsx? Plug n play or gotta mod it a bit?

Seat install details

1. The seat base is a direct bolt in using factory locations and bolts.
2. The seat brackets are already installed and on the base and the seats. They are the top of the line SPARCO FIA Homologated Aluminum Side Rails.
3. The seat base has the belt buckle bolt location and the seat belt "anchor" point, normally on the OEM Seat. I am including the bolts and washers used and photos of how the seat belt comes off the OEM seat and on to the Racing Seat.

If installed as is there was NO modification to the NSX to make these fit.
