Given that there are a couple for sale - probably not. Then again, maybe so.

In the terms of exotic cars, $700 for a car cover isn't that weird. Guys are selling OEM Honda Prelude car covers for $300, so who knows. I have to say, I personally think it is pretty cool to have the original car cover on the car when I put it away and in the grand scheme of the car's value $700 isn't that big of a deal.

I sold mine with the OEM cable/lock that was never opened for around $250 iirc after my car was totaled. It surely is the best cover for the car.
